Chapter 1: What is "ThamsupwJess"

 


Hi there:) My Name Is Jessica Tham, you can call me Jess in short.

I am a Singaporean, Chinese. 

I'm a Full Time Senior Associate Financial Advisor at AXA Insurance Pte Ltd. 

I joined the financial industry since 26th April 2019, I'm a MDRT Achiever which represent the Top 10% in the Financial Advisory Industry. 

I'm working towards COT which represents the Top 5% in the industry so that i can gain more time and freedom to provide additional value to my clients in ways as a MDRT I could not do so in a sustainable way. 

I started the #ThamsupwJess Community to help like-minded individuals to get together to achieve a common goal- Secure lifetime Passive Income. With this, I'm also on my way to build a 300 lifetime clientele by age 30 so that I can secure my own financial independence while spend the rest of my life growing through retirement with all my clients.

WHAT IS #THAMSUPWJESS? 

#Thamsupwjess is a community that I set up as a form of personal branding to differentiate myself from other advisors from the same company or even the same industry. This helps me to create a unique identity to people who see values and principles in the way I carry myself and my business. 

THAMSUPWJESS the brand name came about in relation to my name and my business quality.

Where it can instantly gives an understanding to viewers of my post/exposure of my brand that, an experience with me will certainly be worth a "Thumbsup" which symbolises a very good quality, and positive experience which people would personally recommend to others whom they care about. 

I'm an advisor that focused on building long term partnership than a transactional relationship. 

I believed in providing value to others first, giving, before receiving. 

I love meeting new people, building new networks and impacting people life even without a sale.  I feel a sense of fulfillment when people appreciate the effort I put into helping them gain new knowledge or a new perspective of things. 

My career goal is to build 300 Lifetime clientele by age 30. So that I can focused on building relationship with all my clients and witness the growth of each other lives together, best of all, I hope to retire with my clients. 

I am not perfect. I will never be. But I will promise to do my best in everything. 

I can assure you, along the way, I may make some mistakes, But i'll learn from it to serve you better. 

I am the kind of advisor that tells you, I don't know and let me get back to you than those who try to fluff or smoke their way through. I am more of a friendly person than a serious advisor. So if you're looking for someone who you can talk to about anything apart from my service, im open too!
